Industrial kitchen trays made entirely of AISI 304 stainless steel (316 on request), are designed to meet hygiene, performance and durability requirements and are ideal for the effective disposal of process water in industrial kitchens.
Quick and easy to assemble.
Each module is equipped with adjustment screws and leveling feet to ensure optimal positioning of the trays during installation.
The height-adjustable sump, which can rotate 360°, makes connection to the network quick and easy.
For lines longer than 3 meters, the modules are joined using flanges with gaskets and stainless steel bolts, ensuring a perfectly watertight system.
The installation kit, included with every delivery, includes detailed and numbered diagrams for the correct assembly sequence, as well as installation and storage recommendations.

Slopes.
All trays are equipped with an internal slope towards the discharge point: upon request, they are also available without an internal slope (where space is limited).
Accessories.
Upon request, it is possible to add under-grid baskets that cover the entire drain area, keeping the tub drain area completely free and clean.
